Here you will find the design rates and services that we offer. Since everyone does not have the same needs or price ranges, we have several options for you to choose from. Web Site Packages

1 page web site. Can be used to promote equine services, clinics, horse shows or other special events. Includes photos, contact information, logo (if available), email, phone numbers and text. Additional pages can be added later for a fee. Hosting, domain name and maintenance not included.

4 page web site. Includes a home page, links page and 2 other pages of content. Other pages can include an about us page, contact page, sale barn page, or stallion pages with photos and pedigrees. Custom graphics are included. Additional pages can be added later for a fee. Hosting, domain name and maintenance not included.

9 page web site. Includes a home page, about us page, links page, contact page, sale barn page and 4 other pages of content. Other pages can include stallion pages, broodmare pages: both with photos and pedigrees. Package can be adjusted to fit your needs. Custom graphics are included. Additional pages can be added later for a fee. Hosting, domain name and maintenance not included.

Usually for large horse farms or businesses with a lot of information. This type of web site usually contains contacts, stallions, mares, sale barn, foals, events, accomplishments, staff, breeding contracts, show results and training facility pages. Everything is custom designed to fit your needs. Prices will vary depending on content and pages needed. Custom graphics are included. Additional pages can be added later for a fee. Domain name included for one year. Hosting and maintenance not included.

We will work closely with you throughout the design and implementation processes to ensure your satisfaction with your web site. Together we will decide on: layout, content, pictures, logos, colors and all other elements of your site design. You can be as involved as you want.

We require 50% of the design fee as down payment before we start on your site. The balance is due when the site is ready to go live. Payment options can be arranged upon request. Once your down payment has been received, your site will be completed in 6-8 weeks as long as you have sent all the required content needed to complete your site. Our workload varies so completion dates can sometimes be earlier.

If for some reason you decide to cancel your site development before it is finished, you will be charged for the completed work at an hourly rate of $45.00 hour. If any domain name registration has been purchased for your site prior to cancellation, you will be charged a $30.00 fee to cover the registration. All deposits, design fees, design services and web site hosting can be paid by check or money order at this time. Make checks payable to Kokopelli Krazy Web Design. In a few weeks we will be accepting payments online by credit card using PayPal’s free secure online payment processing service.

Web Site Maintenance ~ $45.00 hour

Updates and changes are encouraged. Websites that are kept up-to-date and accurate with fresh content keep customers coming back. This includes adding new photos, horses for sale, or changing some text. It can be included in your monthly hosting package if you do not want to pay it separate. Major updates such as additional pages are charged on a per page flat fee. Maintenance services are billed hourly in 15-minute increments.

Logos ~ $45.00 hour

We design custom logos. Logos should represent your business ideas. When designing a logo we think the most important aspect is to create a vision that is appealing and attractive. Logos can be used for several aspects of advertising including, but not limited to, business cards, magazine advertisements, web sites and business signs. Logo design includes design and revisions.

Stallion Ads Print Media

Stallion ads are generally used for magazine layouts or flyers. We can design an ad that portrays everything about your stallion including pedigree, accomplishments, etc. Please allow a minimum of two weeks lead time. No exceptions. Full color ads vary in price according to the amount of photos used for the ad. If the photos have to be scanned or retouched before using it will usually cost on the higher end.

Hosting

Domain name ~ $15.00 year

We will work with you to find the domain name that best fits your business. Please keep in mind you want your domain name to be something easy to remember. Usually your farm name is good or you can use the name of your stallion, as well. When choosing a name, try to keep it short and usually no more then 26 characters. Characters meaning: letters, numbers and sometimes a dash (-). Payment for the domain name is required at the time of registration by credit card whether you or we do the registration. Domain names are renewable each year.

Photo Scanning ~ $5.00 per photo

We can scan your photos into digital media for you. We can also scan negatives into digital media. Negatives should be in good shape and not scratched. We can not make good photos from bad negatives. Photos can later be put on a disc or emailed to you.

We can make small thumbnails images to display in a photo gallery for your site. When the thumbnails are clicked, a larger image is displayed. Excellent way to promote your stallion’s foals or you clients having fun on the horses they bought from your farm.
